At Bdminds Outfit, customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
All products are produced on demand through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful.
Each item is individually made for every customer; however, we maintain a clear and professional refund policy to ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience.


When We Accept Refunds or Exchanges

1. Manufacturing Defects

We offer refunds or free replacements if your item shows any of the following issues:

  • Printing errors
  • Damaged or defective stitching
  • Incorrect or poor print quality
  • Physical damage during production

2. Incorrect Order Fulfillment

We accept refunds or replacements if:

  • You received an item different from the one you ordered
  • The wrong size, color, or model was shipped

3. Incorrect Size

We accept refunds or exchanges if the size does not fit, provided that:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Photos are provided to confirm the item’s condition

(Return shipping fees may apply depending on the case.)


When Refunds Cannot Be Issued

We are unable to provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Delays caused by postal services, customs, or international logistics
  • Minor color variations due to different screen settings
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage after delivery
  • Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • We may reship the item
  • Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed,
we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been confirmed.
